sometimes i worry that someone i like has unfollowed me so i look up their name and when it says “this user is following you” i feel this immense wave of relief wash over me

and then sometimes it says “this user is not following you” and i feel so bummed out it is a little ridiculous

(and then sometimes i’m so convinced that they’ve unfollowed me i don’t bother checking at all because i’m afraid i’ll get upset when i see the answer)
